In accordance with the provisions of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy (L.C.E.N.), the following legal information is brought to the attention of users and visitors of the Kleeq website.

1. Website Publisher

Data storage and transfer comply with applicable European regulations, in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For more information, please refer to Mux's privacy policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Kleeq website (logos, text, architecture, graphical interface, software, source code) are the exclusive property of Sleeq SAS. Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

User content: Videos uploaded by users to the Platform remain the property of their respective authors. However, the user grants Sleeq the technical right to host, process (including watermarking) and distribute such content strictly within the scope of providing the collaboration and review service.

5. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (as amended), Sleeq is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.

Data controller: Sleeq SAS, reachable at the address indicated in section 1.

5.1. Data Collected

  • Last name, first name, email address
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Banking details (processed by Stripe, not stored on our servers)
  • IP addresses of review link visitors (stored in anonymized form using SHA-256)
  • Login data (Google OAuth: Google identifier, email)

6. Cookies

The Platform only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the service (authentication, session preferences). These cookies do not require your consent under applicable regulations.

7. Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute. 8. Governing Law

These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable agreement, the matter shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.
